Transforming an old 1 story Spanish style home to a contemporary 2 story home with a basement presented a design review hearing. Moon & Associates Inc, collaborated with city officials in navigating through a complex city process and achieved a unique structural design element of introducing a lightwell to maximize natural light and air in the basement.
