Embracing and Optimizing Topography

Existing one story residential hillside property with little level pad on problematic slope condition demands creative design solutions. Moon & Associates, Inc remediated slope stability to introduce a full basement, an infinity pool and a second story. To capture the scenic view of Hollywood and for usability, large exterior decks and roof top were added. Project is under construction in the city of Los Angeles.
