Old hillside property in Beverly Hills presented technical challenges in introducing a basement with theater and living space underneath the existing house. Combining our expert code consultation, entitlement and structural design service, we maximized building envelope, keeping above grade structure within 50% demo regulation and optimized site amenities with water features and landscape elements. This project is anticipated to commence construction in the fall of 2018.
